I'm a newbie here, as my title suggests, and I was wondering about the "Be A General" competition that I've heard about via a review and by one post in the forum. Is that still current, or is that a long-gone feature?

The 'Be a General' featured ended after issue III.6. We'd simply run out of ancient literature that specifically advises about generalship.
