Issue II-3&4 Issue II-3 has reached European subscribers by now and is on its way to the rest of the world. In the meantime we're working flat out on issue II-4 which has the Campaigns of Julius Caesar at its core. It will have, among others, articles on the equipment of Caesarian soldiers, siege warfare and the Battle of Ruspina. Issue II-4 will go into print late July and should reach you in mid August. Issue II-3 We're putting the last touches to Ancient Warfare II-3 (June/July) as you read this. As befits a theme entitled 'Age of the Trireme', it has a strong maritime slant, which - for the landlubbers among you - is offset by articles on the Stratagems of Frontinus, very late Legions and the Hallstatt 'Celts'. More info will go online this Monday at Ancient-warfare.com. |

Ancient Warfare newsletter August 2007. Dear Ancient Warfare enthusiasts Here is the Ancient Warfare newsletter for November 2007. 1. Binder Poll Results. The outcome of the poll we ran on www.ancient-warfare.com over the last few months was quite clear: the overwhelming majority of voters would like a special binder to keep their copies of Ancient Warfare safe. We have requested samples from various manufacturers and have almost settled on a model. We expect these binders to become available at the end of this month or early December. |
