Newsletter April 2007
Welcome to the first Ancient Warfare magazine newsletter. Hopefully this is the first in a long series of monthly newsletters. The frequent appearance of the newsletter, after all, indicates a successful launch of the new magazine.

1. Brochures. It was either gremlins or plain growing pains, but the brochures were not mailed as fast as we had planned and hoped for. They are definitely on their way now and should reach European addresses within the week. The rest of the world should expect them next week.
Please note that the previous information is valid for those who requested their brochure before April 4th. Brochures requested after that date are sent out in batches from our office as requests come in. Please allow three weeks for delivery.

2. Forum. Your opinion is very important to us --That's why we'll run consecutive surveys on our site (see below)-- but we now also have a forum. It is hosted by Romanarmy.com/RomanArmyTalk, whose community is in large part responsible for the creation of this magazine in the first place. Find it here and let us know your ideas, expectations and of course reactions to the brochure.

3. Survey. Our first survey, with which we hope to learn a lot about what you'd like to read, runs until the end of this month. If you haven't yet, please take part [No longer active] and have a chance at winning a CD with Roman music courtesy of Musica Romana.

4. June issue. The first 'real' issue of Ancient Warfare, scheduled for June, is filling up rapidly. Check out the Editorial plan for more information. In a week or so, I will add a separate page with short blurbs on all articles and a sneak peek at the artwork included in this issue. Stay tuned!

4. Reviewers. Ancient Warfare will contain a section with reviews of new books, figures, equipment, games and anything else that might interest our readers. If you are knowledgeable in one of these areas and would like to help, please contact us!

Finally, please do not hesitate to contact us through the form on the site, on the forum at Romanarmy.com, by phone, skype or e-mail. Ancient Warfare can only improve through your suggestions!
